For those with the lowest incomes, they can get FREE insurance through Medi-Cal. For those with lower to moderate income, they can get premium subsidies that will pay a significant portion of their premiums.
If everyone in Santa Barbara who has a health insurance plan would refer one person who does not have a health insurance plan, we could get everyone insured, and with a plan that fits their needs and budget.
